Here we are heading into the second week of October, and the peak of fall, but as I'm typing this it's 90 degrees outside and certainly doesn't feel like the season of pumpkin patches, apple cider donuts, and beautiful foliage. Alas, it is, so with summer behind us I wanted to share all of the songs I was loving throughout those hot months.
Like my spring playlist, this is a long one, with multiple artists appearing more than once. I've been on a real Switchfoot kick the last year and a half (thanks to their incredible livestreams during quarantine and beyond), so you'll once again find a lot of their music. In addition, I've included some incredible artists who I've recently discovered and are appearing on one of my playlists for the first time, such as Patrick Droney and Joy Oladokun. Then you've got new music from some old favorites, like Mat Kearney, NEEDTOBREATHE, and Tyrone Wells. The music I've mentioned is just a little glimpse into what's included, so I highly recommend you give the playlist a listen and hear it all for yourself. It's a good one, I promise.
