As I sit down to write this I can't believe that summer is already here. The year seems to be flying by, which seems so odd to me with COVID and all. I know that the future is looking brighter with vaccines and many restrictions being lifted, but we're still in the middle of this pandemic. For me, a lot of what I do isn't back yet, which I think is part of why it doesn't feel like summer yet. Regardless, it's here, and other than the heat, I'm looking forward to it.
With the change of the seasons I wanted to share with you the songs that I was loving this past spring. The songs that I had on repeat, or just couldn't get out of me head. There's a pretty good mix of old and new music, and various genres. I have a number of live tracks on this playlist, which I attribute to how much I'm missing concerts, and repeated artists, which I don't usually do. I've got bands and solo artists, acoustic music and rock & roll. I'm excited to share this one with you, because I really think it is one of my best playlists yet. But, I'll let you be the judge. After you give it a listen check out some of my past playlists on my Spotify and decide which one you like best. I'd love for you to let me know here in the comments, or on social media.
But now, enough talking.
Here it is, my most recent mixtape...
"spring breaks loose, but so does fear".
Happy Listening
